What can IEDA do for you?
- Quarterly association meetings which evaluate and examine trends, procedures, practices and policies employed by various economic organizations and agencies, featuring knowledgeable guest speakers
- Annual seminars which focus on a particular subject matter and offer training in a particular area, also featuring guest speakers
- Specialized legislative services, which keep the membership informed of legislative activities, offers members the opportunity to meet and correspond with their legislators and make a direct impact on economic development legislation
- Scholarship opportunities to the Economic Development Institute in Indianapolis
- Valuable networking opportunities with fellow economic/industrial development practitioners and the Indiana Economic Development Corporation personnel
- A membership roster which is made available to all members in good standing, individuals and companies who request assistance with economic development matters
- Newsletter and pertinent communications to keep members informed
- Contributions or gifts to Indiana Economic Development Association (IEDA) are not deductible as a charitable contribution for federal income tax purposes. IEDA estimates that 20% of your Total 2009 IEDA Association dues are not deductible as a business expense . Federal Law prohibits the deduction as a business expense of that portion of member dues allocated to lobbying activities.

- Blast Email Service
Broadcast (Blast) email service is available to Indiana Economic Development Association members for the purposes of spreading information and job openings to the membership. It is not available for advertising purposes. To order a blast email, please e-mail the following information to Paula Carey, at IEDA.

- Phone number (Including area code)
- Attach a one page Microsoft Word document containing the job
opening information.
There is a $100 fee for using the blast email service. You will be contacted regarding billing information. There is typically a three day turn around between requesting a blast email and distribution to the IEDA membership.
